Meet The Farmer
Emily Winter is a passionate dreamer, a devoted mother of two, and a flower farmer. With a lifelong love for digging in the dirt and nurturing plants—rooted in her childhood near her grandparents’ 14th-century working farm in England—she has found her calling. This role brings together her love of art, planting, the outdoors, photography, science, and spreading joy into a single fulfilling pursuit.
About the Farm
Winter Blooms, located in a scenic valley in Southern Indiana, spans 107 acres with a geode-filled creek that winds through the landscape. While the natural surroundings fade to muted grays and browns in the cooler months, the farm’s greenhouse comes alive with vibrant bursts of color. Dedicated to fostering connection and expression, Winter Blooms helps the community convey compassion, joy, desire, and whimsy through the heartfelt act of giving flowers.
